Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Here’s a simple recipe for making a light salad dressing. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3 tbps extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbps red-wine vinegar
1 tbsps chopped parsley
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 Djoin mustard
salt and pepper to taste
8 cups mixed salad greens

Directions

Whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and mustard in a small bowl. Stir vigorously to mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour on salad.
