The SSC World Cup of Soccer Tournament is hosted in Toronto in an attempt to mimic the actual FIFA World Cup this summer. The soccer tournament will be hosted on Sunday, June 27th from approximately 9am to 6pm. Registration has already begun. Details:
- 8 Divisions of 4 Teams. All teams play 3 qualification round games.
- Top 2 Teams in each Division (16 teams) will then participate in a single-elimination playoff tournament to determine the World Champion.
- Like the real World Cup, there is only room for 32 Teams. Register soon before you lose your chance.
- SPRING 2010 LEAGUE TEAMS: The 1st place team in EVERY soccer division after week 5 of the spring season wins a FREE entry into the World Cup of Soccer.
- Each Team will be randomly assigned a World Cup Country that they will represent at this event.
